J850 Digital Anatomy
Create models of parts of the human anatomy that reproduce bones and tissues with an unprecedented level of realism
Biomechanically accurate anatomical models
Applications of the J850 Digital Anatomy 3D printer
Advanced features and compact size combined with multi-material and color 3D printing make this Stratasys printer a powerful tool for medical applications.
Preoperative planning
The J850 DAP helps improve outcomes, increase understanding of the procedure and improve communication with patients.
Staff training
Print a 3D model that reproduces the exact pathology when needed and for field training of doctors, students and staff.
Development medical devices
Print 3D models that reproduce exact anatomy for clinically relevant and consistent laboratory testing during medical device testing.
Powerful, precise and simple
The J850 Digital Anatomy 3D printer is an advanced prototyping system for reproducing models of external and internal body parts that can be used for study, training and observation purposes for doctors.
The unique voxel-based engine of this Stratasys 3D printer enables pre-validated anatomical applications and integrates more than 100 pre-configured settings, allowing you to create ultra-realistic anatomical simulations on an office-manageable platform.
The advanced functions of the Statasys J850 DAP allow you to work intuitively. You choose the anatomical part to create from the 100 pre-set configurations, the machine does the rest, creating realistic models in appearance and consistency thanks to the unique range of 3D printing materials.
Software Digital Anatomy
The GrabCAD Print Digital Anatomy software that comes with your printer is designed to make working with Stratasys 3D printers easier and more efficient and simplify your task management.
The new DAC Digital Anatomy Creator software add-on package pushes the boundaries of functional medical models.
Creator is an extension of GrabCAD Digital Anatnomy 3D printing software aimed at advanced users looking to expand their personalized medicine arsenal.
Perfect surgical skills
Realistically print models of parts of the human anatomy with standard or complex pathologies to allow the medical team to hone their skills before entering the operating room in a risk-free environment.
It allows students to practice on anatomical models that provide ultra-realistic simulation and biomechanical realism, resulting in a model that feels and behaves like a real anatomical part, without resorting to synthetic cadavers or models.
Innovative materials from J850 Digital Anatomy
Materials for medical applications allow you to obtain extremely realistic structures and behaviors with the J850 Digital Anatomy 3D printer. Four resins that, when combined, form over 100 unique new digital materials that are perfectly suited to anatomy applications. Additionally, the J850 DAP can work with all PolyJet resins for highly realistic and accurate color prototypes.
BoneMatrix™ resin
This 3D printing material is strong, yet flexible and has shape memory.
TissueMatrix™ resin
It is the softest translucent material commercially available. Ideal for replicating the appearance of cardiac tissue.
GelMatrix™ resin
Gel-like support material for easy removal from blood vessel models with a diameter and thickness of 1 mm.
RadioMatrix™ resin
Radiopaque material for creating models of anatomical structures, medical devices and implants that exhibit radiorealistic characteristics under X-ray and CT.
PolyJet resins
The J850 Digital Anatomy 3D printer works with the full range of PolyJet materials, including VeroUltraClear™ to achieve levels of realism never seen before.
